Terms and Conditions of Sales:

Ordering Procedure:

Minimum order is $100.00. Orders accepted by mail, phone, fax, e-mail -confirming PO required. Charge card orders accepted as well as cash. All first orders are COD unless credit check can be completed. All stock items are subject to prior sale. All orders placed must be to Technical Products, Inc. Hubertus, WI 53033

Pricing:

Pricing stability- All prices are subject to change without notice accept viable quotes & orders. Prices for large than standard material, unpublished sizes, tighter tolerance requirements and standard items not published will be quoted.

Discount Schedule (only TPI published sizes of ceramic stock material):

Volume discounts available. Verbal and written quotations receive discounts.

Machining and Fabrication:

Quoted prices for fabrication and machining jobs include part to be completed per print specifications unless otherwise noted. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise indicated. Seller (Technical Products, Inc.) will not allow claims for defective goods on those parts further processed by the Buyer and resulting in change of either dimensions or characteristics from parts/stock ordered. Cancellation of all or part of purchase order, once work has started, will be subject to compensation by the buyer to the Seller (Technical Products, Inc.)

Shipping:

FOB West Bend, WI-Technical Products, Inc. shipments are via UPS "ground" unless otherwise agreed upon. There will be a $25.00 wire transfer fee for international shipments. Items receive inspection prior to packaging. Order is packaged to avoid damage during routine shipping. Note: All shipments are insured for the market value, any damage must be reported to local Carriers' office and claim must be left in "as shipped" package. Seller (Technical Products, Inc.) not responsible for carrier damage or delay.

Returns:

Seller must be contacted for a return authorization number (RAN) prior to returning parts. RAN must be clearly marked on outside of package. Defective items must be returned within 10 working days from date of shipment or credit will not be issued. Standard stock size materials returned for reasons other than defects will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Standard stock size materials returned for defects (machinability test) will be tested. Credit or replacement issued upon results indicating defective material.

Payment Terms:

Net 30 days- Payable to Technical Products, Inc. Hubertus, WI. Invoices past 30 days are subject to 1.5% interest per month, 18% per year service charge. The Seller (Technical Products, Inc.) reserves the privilege of declining to make deliveries except for cash (without discount) whenever, for any reason, there is no doubt as to the Buyer's responsibility.

Note:

If buyer needs additional documentation included with shipment, please state your requirements clearly at the time of your purchase order.

There will be a $15.00 charge for documents requested after shipment.
There will be a $50.00 charge for documents requested 120+ days after shipment.
